CASEY O’NEILL

Casey O’Neill is an associate at Aubrey Thrasher, focusing her practice on creditors’ rights and related commercial litigation matters. She represents lenders such as fintech companies, credit unions, and banks in recovering funds, enforcing loan obligations, and resolving bankruptcy-related disputes. She also helps our clients structure financial product agreements to fit their business needs and assists with post-litigation matters to ensure compliance and practical outcomes.

In previous roles, Casey gained experience in bankruptcy law, corporate tax, and privacy matters, giving her a broad perspective on complex financial and regulatory issues. While in law school, she worked with the United States Bankruptcy Court, where she gained firsthand insight into federal and state court processes and litigation strategy.

Casey earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Georgia.
