CRAIG BOWER

Craig is an experienced attorney who worked for over eight years as a Foreclosure and Title Curative Attorney. During this time, Craig researched, examined, and cleared titles for properties, worked with title underwriters to resolve issues, reviewed foreclosure referrals for commercial and residential properties, and reviewed, researched, and negotiated resolutions to various post-foreclosure issues. He also helped clients solve complex mortgage issues, and worked closely with bankruptcy, eviction, litigation and REO departments on a daily basis.

After his time as a Foreclosure and Title Curative Attorney, he became a Title Review and Closing Attorney where he reviewed and cleared titles for residential real estate closings. He worked with title underwriters to resolve matters, presided over residential real estate settlements and reviewed documents post-closing. A little over a year ago, he decided to start Bower Law, a real estate closing practice where he is responsible for every aspect of the company.
