Jeremy has extensive experience in litigation, with a concentration on creditors’ rights. His practice includes the areas of banking, contracts, corporate, secured transactions, compliance, and creditors’ rights litigation. Jeremy has successfully represented lenders, including national and community banks, credit unions, equipment finance companies, and fintech in both commercial and consumer lending matters ranging from loan defaults, repossessions, negotiation of workouts, collections, and lender liability defense.

In addition to his litigation practice, Jeremy provides general counsel advice to the Firm’s bank and credit union clients, forming policies procedures, reviewing and drafting contracts, and advising on compliance with consumer finance regulatory requirements. Jeremy understands his client’s business and establishes a relationship with his clients based on honest and straightforward counsel and steadfast commitment to success. Jeremy lives in Brookhaven with his two daughters.
